TONY SHONE – DIRECTOR
Tony’s international management experience encompasses Ireland, the UK and a number of Middle Eastern countries; in each case he was responsible for large teams of people in both multi unit and multi cultural environments. Prior to forming Invisio with Louise, Tony held a Senior Group Management role with one of Ireland’s largest and most dynamic private companies. During this time, he was extensively involved in the successful re-development of a number of businesses, two of which achieved the prestigious quality ISO 9000 award.
Tony has a wealth of practical ‘hands on’ management experience in both small and large organisations. He helps develop new and existing businesses and is a business mentor for the project development centre. His determination to help these develop typify the Invisio ethos of ‘enriching your organisation’.Tony has been awarded Fellowships of both the IHI and the Institute of Hospitality for his contribution to the Hospitality Industry. |

LOUISE MC NAMARA – DIRECTOR
Louise Mc Namara has extensive operational and general management experience in a variety of organisations as well as several years consulting, training and facilitating in businesses around the world. Louise was Ireland’s youngest female General Manager, and was the first hotelier to receive the Q Mark for their hotel.
As an experienced facilitator, Louise has worked with clients in the crucial areas of Business Planning and Vision & Mission development. Working on new business set-ups she has consulted in the areas of Human Resources and Training and Development and is highly regarded in these fields. Louise’s role within Invisio involves working in Ireland, Europe and the U.S.A.
Bringing a client to new levels of awareness, instilling lasting changes in behaviour and thinking through Business and Executive Coaching, are a challenge enjoyed by Louise. Coaching helps the client focus on actions that lead to results and consequently is proving increasingly popular as business leaders strive to seek competitive advantage. |

TREVOR STAFFORD – DIRECTOR OF TRAINING
Trevor has over 20 years experience at senior management level. Trevor’s practical HR experience backs up his training credentials having managed teams both small and large.
Significant experience in the areas of HR and Training, as well as an industry background, make Trevor a perfect complement to the Invisio Team and he presents management development programmes and delivers interpersonal skills training to a wide range of organisations.
Trevor has designed and delivered programmes for Hospitality Skillnet as well as many high profile hospitality clients. |

KIERAN MCGOVERN
Kieran is a fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants with an extensive background in providing financial and accounting services to business. He also has considerable experience in new business ‘start ups’ ranging in size from small/medium enterprises, to larger, high profile, ventures. Prior to joining Invisio, Kieran held senior positions with some of Ireland’s best known companies. Having sound business experience alongside his professional qualifications makes Kieran an ideal trainer across a range of commercial topics. |

MYRIAM HEALY
Myriam is the true ‘Internationalist’ of Invisio working as she has in senior training roles that have literally taken her around the world. Most recently she has been working with a number of high profile clients in Germany training non native English speakers a range of business skills.
Myriam’s international experience, working in a senior training role on cruise ships around the globe, ensures that she is ideally suited for training in Ireland with its diverse mix of people and backgrounds. She delivers a wide range of Invisio Programmes to management and staff from different business sectors. |

MATTHEW TYE
Matthew brings an extensive knowledge and experience of the Leisure and Hospitality Industry to Invisio.
After many years in Operational Management, Matthew decided to specialise in training & development, joining a major UK Operator in a Senior Group Training role. He joined Invisio in December 2007 and since then has quickly earned an enviable reputation with our clients, delivering development programmes that add real value to both the organisation and the individuals themselves. |

DANIEL SHEAHAN
Danny is a research specialist for Insights by Invisio. Financial Services, Agribusiness, Retail, Public Sector and Hospitality are just a few of the areas that he has provided research and consultancy services to. Danny is an active member of The Marketing Institute of Ireland and has more than 10 years experience in the design, administration and analysis of telephone, paper based, online and face-to-face research and surveying.
His expertise of employee surveys, customer surveys and focus groups greatly enhances the Insights by Invisio service. |
